Payment Method

We use Stripe as our payment method.

If you are unfamiliar with Stripe, here are some general instructions for online Stripe payments:

• Navigate to the checkout: Proceed to the checkout page by selecting the shopping bag on the top right-hand corner of your page or for express checkout, select the 'checkout' option.

• Choose your location: Check your shipping location is correct then proceed with 'continue'.

• Enter your details: Submit your details including your email, name, country, address and phone number. This will prompt you to the next page to add in your card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Klarna and Afterpay.

• Review and confirm: Check that all your information is correct and then click the "pay" button to finalise the transaction.

• Wait for confirmation: The website will display a confirmation message after the payment is successfully processed, or a "payment declined" message if there was an issue.

• Wait for email: We will send an additional email confirmation stating the payment has been processed.
