Returns & Refunds policy

If you would like to return your artwork, please get in touch via email irene.cabasa@gmail.com.au. Once we have received your email request, you will receive written information on the returns process including our address. Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery.

All artworks must be returned in good condition (including no altering or vandalising) in the original packaging with the certificate of authenticity.

Once we receive your parcel and confirm it is in good condition, we will refund as required. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days.

We are unable to cover or refund any shipping costs for return orders unless the product was damaged in transit. Then we will issue a refund for your order and shipping. For any damages incurred, please email photographic evidence to hello@irenecabasaart.com.au.
