Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping Australia wide at Irene Cabasa Art.

Please find further information on our shipping and delivery:

• Processing time:

  After purchasing your artwork, we will dispatch in 2-7 business days and provide email notification and tracking.

• Shipping costs:

  Shipping is free Australia wide. If you are located overseas or wish to send someone a gift abroad, we have a flat fee of $30 AUD at checkout to cover any international costs, service/processing fees or tariffs.

• Delivery options:

  We utilise third party services such as Australia Post, DHL, FedEx and more to deliver your parcel. If you are located locally to us, we may deliver this personally.

• Delivery times:

  Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. For international parcels, please note there may be delays due to disruptions. If there are delays we will notify you via email.

• Holidays and weekends:

  During the holidays there may be a delay with shipping however we will notify you of our expected delivery times or if there are any changes.
